Sal's Message Sept 26, 2011
Tonight was a night filled with sharing. It is the last Monday of the month and it was a sharing evening. We started the night in sharing and laughter and as we began to pray we felt the Lord in our presence. A word was given {{ As I walk among you tonight I offer My Hands and My Heart to each of you, allow Me into your heart. }} The readings were: Philippians Ch 4. ver. 4 and continue to read, also Psalms 138. Make sure you reread these and allow the Holy Spirit into your heart. At the beginning right after we rec'd his word, the first song we sang was " Come into My Heart Lord." and " Open the eyes of my heart Lord". It seem like everything just went into place that the Lord had it all planned out. The sharing was good and the time ran late because of it, but we left with a stronger faith in our Lord and ourselves. Until next Monday Oct. 3, at 7:30 p.m. have a great and bless week. Sal
Sal's Message Sept 19, 2011
It was so good to see so many of our Sisters and Brothers again. We welcomed back Geri. It was so good to see her healing slowly but looking so good. As we began to pray a word was given, {{ My Children, My Dear, Dear, Children, I Love You So Much And I Will Never Abandon You. }}--The readings were: Psalms Ch.18- ver. 46--Psalms Ch. 111--and--Ephesians Ch. 2. The teaching was on " Is Suffering Really Necessary To Build Character?" A question was given, What can we do to more fully embrace God's purposes in our suffering? 1. Look to God's promises for comfort. 2. Anticipate God's rewards. 3. Lighten the load throught prayer. 4. Share your life with others who suffer. Remember Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus'. Amen. We close in deep prayer and will meet next Monday, Sept. 26, at 7:30 p.m. This is a night of Sharing because it is the last Monday of the Month. Please come and share your love of Jesus with us. Until then God Bless. Sal

Sal's Message Aug 29
We all came through the Hurricane except for some that have no electricity. Please pray that their power goes on soon. After this time it is important for us to settle down and feel God's presence. A word was given {{ My Children I Hold Each Of You In My Heart, And I Will Never Abandon You. }} The readings were: Samuel Ch.2 ver.29-37---Psalms 23---Psalms 27--and--1 Peter 1 ver. 3-9. The teaching was on " Can we really trust God to use our suffering for good." Romans 8 ver. 28 says, " And we know that for those who love God ALL THINGS work together for good, for those who are called according to His purpose." After listening to the Lord's message, we must take each trial and apparent tragedy which taste bitter to us, and let God carefully measures out and mix all the good and bad together and in the end He will present to us a wonderful and perhaps unexpected goodness. We shared on this and closed in prayer. Please be aware that for the next TWO WEEK THERE WILL NOT BE A PRAYER MEETING, WILL NOT. This coming Monday is Labor Day, and the next week Sept. 12. Janice and I will be away, and many of our prayer family cannot make that week. We will return on Sept. 19. I hope you all can make it. While we prayed Anne K. read a special Prayer, praising our Lord in Many Names. This was very touching. Also a reading from Romans Ch. 8 - ver. 28 was read. Tonight was a sharing night and I read the parable of the Three Trees. At the end it states that "We don't always know what God's plans are for us. We just know that His ways are not our ways, but His ways are always best." We closed in deep prayer and will gather next Monday the last Monday of August for a teaching. I hope we can see more of our Sisters and Brothers together. Have a blessed week and stay safe. Sal

Sal's Message July 18
After being away for two weeks, one for the Holiday and other being sick, it felt good to gather in His Holy Name. We are so sorry that last week we missed our Brother Rich 1, who came to the prayer meeting but did not know we cancelled. I am so sorry we did not get in touch with you. Tonight the Joy of being together sharing our concern for each of our Sisters and Brothers showed how important this prayer group is. We need each other and we need to know that when we call on them they are always there in prayer and concern. A word was given, {Take This Time Tonight And Allow My Holy Spirit To Touch You.----The reading were: Psalms 25--and--Micah Ch.6-ver.6. The teaching was on Laughter - sharing the need to laugh and be lighthearted - to rejoice, to be joyful and to be glad. This truth should set you free to lighten up, enjoy being who God made you to be, and have a laugh at your own expense. Remember we need to have childlike hearts that laugh easily but we also need to have enough maturity to be lighthearted about ourselves. So My Sisters and Brothers, accept who you are; laugh at yourself; and enjoy your life today. We closed in prayer and will meet next Monday for a night of sharing it is the end of the Month already. Have a safe week and God Bless. Sal
Sal's Message July 27
Tonight was an evening of sharing. Many of our Sisters and Brothers could not attend. But for the seven of us that were there, we enjoyed the sharing, songs, readings, and the time of fellowships which was at the beginning and also at the end. As we prayed two words of Prophecy were received: ( I Am Your Almighty God And You Are My Faithful Children, With Whom I Am Well Please. )---also---( I Am Pleased That You Are With Me. ) This began an evening of Love. The readings were: Psalms 106--and--Luke ch. 4-ver. 14-18. We shared on gathering each week, and how sometime it is hard to get here on a Monday evening and that we should make more of an effort to attend once a week and also to invite a friend. It is important to come and Praise our Loving Lord, whatever night it is on. So we agreed to try and come each week. Next Monday is a Holiday 4th. Of July we will NOT MEET, but will return on July 11, 2011 - let us really try to keep this loving Prayer Group Strong and Flowing in God's Love. Have a Bless and Happy Holiday. Sal and Janice

What a wonderful evening we had with our Lord. Spending this short time each week with our Lord allows us to be filled with His love and helps us to grow deeper. A word of Prophecy was given,{{My Time Here With You Is Precious, Allow Me To Heal Your Broken Hearts.}}---also---[[ I Hear Your Call, I Hear Your Cry, Allow Me In. ]]--The readings were: 1 Peter 1 ver. 3-9--Isaiah Ch. 65--Psalms Ch. 8. If you have the time please read them again. The teaching was a short story about "Just Stay". Bill and Sal did a short skit on The Lord's Prayer, which I believe gave a deeper understanding of this beautiful prayer. Also had a lot of laughter. We had a powerful prayer time which to me show the strength of this prayer group. May the Lord continue to bless us. Mary Ann again came with her guitar and filled the Chapel with her music. We closed in prayer and will meet next Monday. Janice and I will not be there, so Anne will be leading the prayer group. Please come and support her. Also this will be a time to share anything from the Bible or what may be on your Heart. May the Lord Bless each of you and keep your safe. God Bless Sal

Review of Prayer Group by Geri
On April 11th we met at Anne Kolshorn’s home to review our prayer group and discuss any changes that maybe needed. The meeting was attended by our host Anne K, Sal, Janice, Lindy, Phyllis, Eleanor, Pat, Mary Ann, Anne S, Bill and myself. The question was raised concerning the opening prayer. Sal stated it did not only have to come from him. If you hear the Lord speak to you share it with us. Sal hears the Lord and sometimes he questions it but he knows he must step out in faith. Sometimes it makes no sense to us but it might touch or speak to someone else. If it does touch you, after the prayer meeting, you could tell that person “that really hit home with me”. If you are given a word of knowledge or wisdom, share it with the group. It was agreed that Sal would continue with spontaneous opening prayer.
After opening prayer, we have our quiet time where we come and center ourselves. It is important to give the Lord the opportunity to speak with us. Please refrain from any chatter or noise as we concentrate on the Lord. If you have a song you might have heard during the week or is in your heart you can contact Maryann prior to the meeting so she can incorporate that song into our worship. Our songs start with a fast melody which energizes our praise, and we end our singing with slow melodies. Listen to the words for they are powerful.
When we do intercessory prayer, if you cannot hear just pray for those needs as our prayers go out to the Lord. Please try and keep it brief. Many people, if not all, have done a teaching. The Spirit has been working in us. Sal has accepted the responsibility for teachings but all are welcomed to share their faith with one another. Laying on of hands will not change. We are flexible and if you cannot stay for the entire meeting, we can adjust our meeting to meet your needs. Sal asked if anyone was interested again in doing the GOD BOX, which is sealed with our prayers and intentions. It is never opened and perhaps at sometime we could burn the box with our prayers in it.
We agreed that there would not be any email of our meeting sent out to those who have not attended for sometime, we would pray for them, and of course if requested a copy would be sent to them. Anne volunteered to send a copy of our weekly meeting to Phyllis and Pat who do not have email. The ABC guideline was mentioned which stands for audible-brief and Christ centered.
May the Lord continue to bless the Merciful Savior Pray Group.

Sal's Message April 19, 2011
" My Children I Hold Each Of You In My Heart, Remain Open And Allow Me To Heal You." This is what we heard as we began to pray. We also received a word from Ann K. "To Put All Our Concerns And Worries In His Hands. " Mary Ann blessed us with her music. We had a large gathering and we knew Jesus was with us. There was a reading from: Psalms 138 - which you should read again. Before the teaching Manny read a poem called "Desiderata" which was written in the 1920's. It was beautiful. If you want a copy let us know and we will print one up. The teaching was a story about a lady name Joanie, and the fears she had. When she was young, she had agoraphobia, the dread of open spaces. In time she turned to the Lord and through Reading, Praying, Trusting and Obeying, her fears were gone. In time God was strong in her life. Remember to be spiritual is to come to the place where there's nothing of us AND ALL IS OF GOD. We ended in prayer and shared for awhile. REMINDER NEXT MONDAY WE WILL NOT MEET, BUT RETURN ON MAY 2. May the Lord bless you and yours and have a safe and Bless Easter. Happy Easter love in Christ, Sal and Janice.

Sal's Message March 21, 2011
The Holy Spirit was with us tonight as we prayed and asked the Lord to come into our hearts. With the love of Jesus in the Chapel and the gift of Mary Ann playing her guitar and filling the chapel with God's music, we received a word of Prophecy- {{ My Children listen to My Words of Wisdom which you will hear through My Songs. }}-The readings were: Luke Ch. 18-ver. 15-17-Deuteronomy Ch. 30--Proverbs Ch. 2-ver.1--and Isaiah Ch. 40-ver. 31. Another word was given {{ You Are My Children, and I Am With You }}. The teaching was on Satan's subtle reasoning, how we can be selfish, but God calls us to put the good of others ahead of our selfish desire. So help us to see through Satan's twisted logic and agree to follow the Lord always. We shared and closed in joyful prayers. Next Monday March 28, is the end of the Month so it will be a night of sharing from our Bibles and or sharing what is on our hearts. Until then, keep Jesus close to you always. Sal
Sal's Message March 14, 2011
As Janice and I entered the Chapel we saw that something was going on in the Church with Father Dan, so I closed the doors and we sat quietly while everyone entered. We realized that we had to keep silence for awhile. So we started with quiet prayer and then prayed for our friends and family. By the time we finished they had left the church, and we began to sing and praise our Lord. There were many here tonight. A word was received early and shared { My Children Take Hold Of What I Have For You Tonight. Be Prepared To Use Your Gifts and Share Them With Others}. We had readings from: 1 John Ch. 3--and--Psalms 83. The teaching was on Enjoy Your Everyday Life. You have to be happy with the life that God has given you. He has a reason. Everything about you is by His design. So Embrace your life because God is never going to give you someone else's! We then shared on the gifts we have been given. We ended in prayer and will meet next Monday March 21, may God Bless you and yours. Sal

The Chapel was filled tonight with many of our Prayer Family. It was so good to see everyone. We sang songs from the Red Books and after opening prayer we began to feel the presence of Our Lord. The short time we have with the Lord each week helps each of us to grow stronger in the Lord. The singing, praising and praying brings it all together. Then there is the fellowship we have before, during and after. All this is mixed together and we get to see God's love working. A word of Prophecy was given, {{ In This Holy Place Tonight You Shall Find Peace, Trust In Me.}}The readings were: Psalms Ch. 2--Psalms 150--and--Psalms 89. Sal's Message Jan 31, 2011
It has been two weeks since we gathered to Praise the Lord and as we began singing the Joy Of The Lord took over. We sang and laughed and felt the Lord touching our hearts. A word of Prophecy was given, {{ My Children Tonight I Will Share A Word With You. Take That Word And Use It This Week. }}--The readings were: Jeremiah Ch. 31--Psalms Ch 34- ver. 1-13.--and--Philippians Ch. 4-ver. 4-9. Another word was rec'd, {{ I Hear Your Cry My Child Leave Your Pain At The Foot Of My Cross. }}. The teaching was on forgiveness and Gratitude or Grumbling. We have to make choices in our life. Grumbling overlooks blessings, but Gratitude finds blessings everywhere. So ask God for His forgiveness, and with a little practice, anyone can master the art of Thankfulness, and also have Gratitude. We closed with a stronger love for Our Lord and will gather next Monday. Have a bless and safe week. Love In Christ. Sal

Sal's Message Jan10, 2011
We gathered tonight to Praise and Worship our Lord, and as we began with our hearts a little heavy, each one carrying some personal need, we heard the Lord speak. " My Children Take The Time Tonight To Remove The Heavy Chains That Are Weighting You Down, For I Have The Key To Your Heart." The readings were: Psalms 46. ver. 10---Hebrews Ch.4-ver.14---and---Psalms-90--&--119. The teaching was on being humble - not allowing pride to step in, asking our Lord to humble ourselves and trust in Him that our prays will be answered. We must be still and know that He is God. It means to stop trying to make things happen yourself and to allow the Lord to show you what you need to do to cooperate with His plan and purpose for you. So we must place our trust in Him. We closeed in prayer and felt God's Love. REMINDER WE WILL NOT MEET NEXT MONDAY, IT IS MARTIN LUTHER KINGS BIRTHDAY. WE WILL GATHER AGAIN ON JAN. 24. Please stay well and have a blessed few weeks. Love in Christ. Sal

Sal's Message December 6, 2010
As we gathered in the Chapel for the last time this year, we could feel the chill in the air from the cold out side, but that did not stop us from Praising our Lord and opening our hearts to Him. As we did it warmed up a little. ""Very Little""- The joy did not stop because of the cold, the reading were: Proverb Ch.3--Psalms from different ver.#145-59-119-and-30--Revelation Ch. 2 ver. 3-7 and Philippians, Ch. 1-ver.3-11. The word JOY came up and Geri said Joy- "Jesus over You". We will try to remember this. The music was beautiful as Mary Ann played, and it really made us feel the presence of oure Lord. The teaching was on gifts with hidden price tags. We as believers can receive the wrong gifts from false teaching, but if we trust in Jesus we can receive the gift of eternal life. We also shared on how God wants us to paint our life with JOY, as we heard earlier. We ended in sharing and deep prayer and looking forward to next Monday as we gather for a Christmas Prayer Meeting with song and sharing and laughter at our home. Hope you all can make it. Until then at 7:30 p.m God Bless Sal
Sal's Message Dec 6, 2010
Tonight was a very cold evening. While the wind was really blowing and some snow flakes were in the air we gathered in His Name. We shared with each other and then opened with prayer. A word of prophecy was given, {{ TAKE THIS TIME TONIGHT MY CHILD AND ALLOW MY PRESENCE TO TOUCH YOUR HEART.}}--We did just that. The readings were: Psalms-92--and Psalms 23--. The teaching was --Do not grow weary in doing good, and you shine as lights in the world. So " let your light so shine before men, that they see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven." So please remember that even the smallest light can make a difference in the Darkened night. So no matter who your boss is you are really working for God. So whatever we do we do it in Jesus Name. We closed in joyful prayer, looking forward to next week. Until next Monday. God Bless Sal

A word of Prophecy was given-{ Do Not Turn Away From Me, I Am Your Neighbor, I Am The Face In The Streets, I Am Around You.}-The readings came from: Psalms 54--Psalms34--Psalms 106--and--2 Peter ch. 1- ver. 3-9. Phyllis gave the teaching on Gifts. She shared so many interesting things. She said that we have each been given different gifts and the gifts are for you own enjoyment and also to make life good for others. Spiritual gifts ,all different, are to be given out and shared with others. Phyllis did a get job. She gave each of us a bag of simple gifts and explain what each one meant. We ended in prayer and left with the joy of Jesus in us. Next week there will NOT be a prayer meeting, but will return on Dec. 6. May each of you have a safe and Happy Thanksgiving. God Bless Sal
Sal's Message Nov 15, 2010
I would like to thank Anne K. for leading the prayer group tonight. I really was not up to it. As we gathered in His Blessed Name, we could feel the strength of Jesus starting to grow stronger in the Chapel. As prayer began and we all started to get into deep prayer, a word was given, {{ Now Is The Time My Children To Open Your Hearts And Minds And Allow Me To Work With You.}}-Guess what that is what happened tonight. We opened our hearts and minds and He began to work in us. Another word was given { Keep On Praying Even When You Are Not Up To It. }--The readings were:-Psalms 36-ver. 5-9--and--Proverb Ch. 3, which was confirmed by Mary Ann. Take some time to read them this week. The teaching was given by Manney on Faith. He shared that Faith is a gift from God. We must believe in Jesus, and Faith is the beginning of Eternal Life. He shared of Peter's faith, and Mary's and many others. We must move forward, remember Christ is in us, and in front of us. We ended in singing The Lords Prayer and joyfully ended the evening. Next week we will meet at 7:30 p.m. for another evening of Praise and Worship. Please make a note that Nov. 29, we will NOT have a prayer meeting. Until next week. God Bless Sal
Sal's Message Nov1
How much do you love Jesus? Well, if you came to the Prayer Meeting tonight, you would have seen how the Love of Jesus was surrounding us in the Chapel. Through song and Praise we could feel His mighty presence. Thank you Lord for being so powerful tonight. A word was given-{{ Be Still And Know I Am Here And I Will Hear Your Cry.}}--The readings came from: Psalms 40--and--1 John Ch. 1-ver. 5-10. The teaching was on watching the pebbles in the road. As we walk with Jesus we watch for the big problems, but we must not be surprised with the little ones. Little sins can add up to big troubles. Also shared on having a Merry Heart. How do you get one? By thinking and acting positive and declaring that true joy begins deep inside. So if your heart is spiritually filled it will show on your face. Until next Monday at 7:30 p.m.-we will have a teaching given by Manney, so please try a come to support him. Have a blessed week. Love in Christ Sal

Sal's Message October 18, 2010
Coming together each week we learn to grow deeper in our walk with our Lord. Yes, slowly we grow but we learn how much He loves each of us, when we pray, praise and worship our Lord together. And this week was no different, a word of prophecy was given, {{ MY CHILDREN I WILL NEVER LEAVE YOU OR FORSAKE YOU, I WILL ALWAYS BE BY YOUR SIDE. }}---The readings were: Psalms 28--Psalms 4--John Ch.17. ver. 20-24. Please try to read them again. Another word was given, {{ DO NOT HOLD BACK MY CHILD OPEN UP YOUR HEART AND LET ME IN }}. The teaching was on Faith as a Channel. We must be plugged into the power source, which is our Lord Jesus Christ. Andhow do we stay plugged in? We do that through a personal relationship with God--which requires time. The victory is in God. So please continue to pray and fellowship and attend church and prayer groups, and you will grow closer to oure Lord. Remember you cannot do it alone. Until next Monday evening which is the end of the month, please bring your Bibles and sharing for another evening of fellowship and love for our Lord. God Bless Sal

Sal's Message September 27
Some of us may have wanted to stay home, but many showed even with the weather not so nice. It was good to see so many of our sisters and brothers together in His Name. We started with pray and received. a word of prophecy, { Tonight My Children Come To My Cross For A Healing. }--at the end of the evening many of us did so. If not we went home and prayed in front of our own cross.-- The readings were many:--Micah Ch. 6. ver. 6-8---Psalms 27---Colossians Ch. 4. ver. 2-6---and then we had a Blessing of Children: Psalms- 127-ver. 3-5--Psalms 33-ver.11--Psalms 22-ver. 30-31--and--Psalms 128. ver. 3-4. If you have the time this week please reread the bibles verses. We sang many songs, and had deep prayerss for all our needs. The evening was a sharing evening on the Bible and how certain things touch us. Sharing was very strong, and there was a lot of laughter also. Our Lord is so great, We Love Him So Much, and coming together each week builds our Faith and Love In Him. Thank You Father for this Prayer Group. We will meet next Monday on Oct. 4, at 7:30 p.m. and just a reminder the following week is Columbus day weekend so we will not meet on Oct. 11, because of the Holiday. I will send out another reminder. Love in Christ, Sal

Sal's Message September 20
Take a small group of people, place them in a Chapel, start with prayer, and then song, and soon you will feel the Holy Spirit touching you and surrounding you in this Holy Place. Yes, Yes, Yes, it is great to gather in His Holy Name, coming together after a busy day at work or home. Thanks Lord for this Prayer Group. We offered many up in prayer tonight, and we received a word, {{ My Children, My Word Will Guard You and Direct You, So Listen Carefully.}}--The Readings were--Isaiah Ch 41-ver. 8 -and-Psalms Ch. 4. We had two teaching tonight. Anne shared how the Lord spoke to her and her husband this week through a magazine called Living Faith. They are in a limbo state with trying to buy and sell their home. The Lord did not give them the answers but more importantly He let them know that He knows about their concerns and is in the midst of everything. The Lord speaks to us in many many ways. The other teaching was about the Gifts of the Holy Spirit, read Luke: Ch.11-ver.9-13 or Matthew Ch. 7-ver. 7-11 both of these passages tell us to keep on asking, seeking, and knocking day in and day out, seven days a week, fifty-two weeks a year, so we may keep receiving what we are in need of. Remember the Holy Spirit is a gift from God bestowed upon us by His Grace. So start studying and finding out all you can about Him. Until next Monday, please bring you Bibles and sharing for this is the last Monday of the month. Until them God Bless. Sal
Sal's Message September 13, 2010
The night began with a downpour of rain which did not stop many of us from attending our prayer group. Praise the Lord. As we prayed for the Lord to touch our hearts, He did just that. You could feel His presence. A word of prophecy was given, {{ My Children, My Children, Come To Me With Open Arms, And Allow Me To Heal You. }}--the readings were:--1 John Ch. 2-ver. 24-29--and--Psalms 112. Another word was received: {{ My Child I Hear Your Cry And I Hold You Close To My Heart. }} Mary Ann did the teaching on Love Your Life, about how important we are and that we have a purpose, " You are a Person of Destiny" so let us not say " I Cannot but say I Will. Let us go out and show others the Jesus in us. Yes we can. We shared and ended in peaceful prayer. Until next Monday have a blessed week. Thank you Anne for leading our group while Janice and I were away, and again thank you Mary Ann, yes you are a gift to this prayer group, as well as each of us, because we are each growing deeper in a relationship with our Lord. Praise God. Sal

With great joy we gathered together in His Name tonight. Yes, Jesus is the Way and with our hearts filled with His love, we sang and praisee our Lord. A word of prophecy was given: { My Children listen closely to My words tonight for they will guide and direct you.}--also--Anne spoke about the Lord's goodness in each of us and the beauty around us. We must see this beauty and know that it is from Him. The readings were from Isaiah Ch. 55--and--Ch. 6-ver. 8. The teaching was on letting loose your praise, and sharing from Isaiah Ch.1- ver.17 -Learn to do good; seek justice, rebuke the oppressor; defend the fatherless, plead for the widow. God wants worshipers with hearts full of love for Him that will overflow in good deeds for others. We could feel His presence and we are grateful for this prayer group. May we continue to grow stronger in the Lord. Next week please bring your Bibles and any sharing you may have. Anne will be leading the prayer meeting . Sal's Message April 16
We started not in the chapel, but in the church, because there was work going on in the chapel. So setting up and then settling down took awhile. But that did not stop us from allowing the Lord to come into our hearts. He is just a Great God. Mary Ann brought her guitar and filled the church with her music. This opened us up to fill our hearts with the love of Jesus. The readings were:--Psalms- 17---Psalms - 18--ver. 3-4---Psalms 81--91--and--Matthew Ch.22-ver. 34-40. The teaching was given by Geri and she did a great job, allowing us to keep in mind what the Lord wants us to do, what road to walk on, being open to others, and finding happiness through it all, and much more. Thank you, Geri. You are a gift to God. Next week we will gather in His Name. Let us try to attend and allow the Lord to work in our life. God Bless. Sal

Sal's Message August 9, 2010
Thanks be to God for giving us this Prayer Group, and the Church and Chapel to pray, praise and worship Our Lord. Tonight as we sang and listened to what the Lord is asking us to do, through His words in each song and the one bible reading which was Psalms 71. I believe sometime this week we should stop and read this Psalm. A word was given--{ My Children You Have Heard Time Will Heal All Wombs, Well My Children Faith and Trust In Me, Will Heal All Wombs.}---The teaching was from John 4: ver. 35--and--John 15: ver.5. We must recognize when someone is ready to hear about Christ, and also remember He who abides in me and I in Him, bears much fruit, for without me you can do nothing. So let us place ourselves in Christ, read His word, and allow the Lord to work through us. Next week if Geri is still up to it, she will be doing the teaching. Please come to support her. Thank you and God Bless, Sal

With a full moon outside and our hearts waiting to be filled with the Lord's presence, tonight we gathered with love for Our Savior and love for each other and our prayer family. The readings were: Psalms 54--Psalms 138--and John 17- ver. 1-5. The evening was beautiful as we sang along with Mary Ann's playing and listened to the Lord speak to us. Yes, He did. Tonight was sharing from the bible and our lives. We heard many interesting things, but most important we heard we are to Trust. Trust in our Lord and how He works in our life. Can we do that? Coming each week will help us learn how to keep our faith and trust in the Lord. We need this prayer group and each other. Until next Monday, have a blessed and safe week.

June 21
Last night's prayer meeting was smaller in number but the Holy Spirit was with us as we prayed in adoration of our God and gave thanks to Him for all He has given us. Our singing could have been better but I'm sure God was smiling if not laughing with us! Please know that the needs of each of you and your families were remembered in our prayers. Through discussion and sharing we encouraged each other to read God's Word. If you feel God is not speaking to you, pray to the Holy Spirit for His Gifts and read your Bible. God does speak to us through His Word.
Next Monday evening we will again worship our Lord. Lindy will give a teaching on Forgiveness. Hope to see you. Anne

What a beautiful evening we had with our Lord. We enjoyed the singing and felt the presence of Our Lord right by our side. The readings were:--Psalms 149--Acts. Ch. 19-Lamentation Ch. 3-ver.22--and--Matthew Ch. 15-ver. 29-31. We received a word {{ My children The journey ahead may be difficult but your arrival will bring you peace.}}The teaching was on Profitable Knowledge from Psalms 119-25-32. Some people devote more time to learning about the Bible than to discovering its message. Let's not get sidetracked by statistics but prayerfully study the content of the Bible to discover what God is saying to each of us. Manny shared on "Do not be Afraid", go in faith for God is at our side, always.. The next two meeting will be June 21 and June 28. Please bring your Bible for an evening of sharing. Please support our sister in Christ, Anne as she leads the prayer group. I will be on vacation June 21 and June 28. Our sister, Lindy will do the teaching on June 28. There will Not be a prayer meeting on July 5 because of the Holiday but will return on July 12. Have a blessed few weeks and enjoy the Holiday. God Bless Sal

With the joy of the Lord with us tonight, we began sharing with some of our sisters and brothers in Christ. After opening prayers we began to feel The presence of Our Lord. Then the music started and while Mary Ann played and sang we felt Jesus was in the chapel. A word was given {{ My Children take what I offer to you tonight and share this with others.}}--The readings were: Psalms 121--and--Ephesians Ch. 14- Ver. 3 and on. The teaching was on the Word, a tape by Brendan Case. He said to go to John Ch.8 Ver. 31 and 32. We must get into His Word daily. We should also find one person to share with, getting into the bible everyday. Remember the Bible is the place where God wants to talk with us. LET'S TRY HARDER TO READ HIS WORD DAILY, EVEN FOR A FEW MINUTES. We share after the teaching and ended in prayer. There were many Sisters and Brothers present tonight it was great to see so many. Until next week, God Bless you and your family. Sal

March 29 Message from Sal
To each of us this is an important Holy week. And yes, we who came tonight began the walk with Jesus. We prayed to Him and sang and allowed ourselves to feel and listen to His words. ( My Children take time this week and allow Me into your heart, for I am a loving Father and you are My Children ). There was a reading from Psalms 121--another word was heard--(I will heal your pains ). We prayed some more and then shared on prayer, how important it is. We must tune in to God's presence. Wherever we are, God is present to us. We need to turn off the mute button and let prayer happen. We thank the Lord for getting us here and left with the Lord in our hearts. Next week there will NOT BE A PRAYER MEETING, we will return on April 12, at 7:30 p.m. in the Chapel. Pplease try to come and join us in a night of praise and worship with our Lord. Until then Have a Bless and Happy Easter. Love in Christ, Sal and Janice
March 15 Message from Sal
The night was damp and raining, but as we gathered in the Chapel we started to feel the presence of Our Lord. We began with prayer and at the quiet time Sal heard the Lord ask each of us to carry a nail in their pocket to remind them of His suffering and dieing on the cross for us. Carry this until Good Friday. The reading were: Proverbs Ch. 3---Psalms - 38---John Ch.15- ver. 1-12---and Matthew Ch. 5- The Beatitudes. A teaching was not given but we shared about the cross, and our lives and Sal read a short poem on "When I say, I am a Christian". which made us think. We look forward to next week, and try to carry that nail in your pocket to remind yourself why He died for us. Have a safe and bless week. God Bless Sal
March 8 Message from Sal
Tonight was different as we began in silence. There was something going on in the church so we could not start with song, so we opened with prayer for about 15 minutes. Many came tonight and The Lord was with us and the Holy Spirit touched each of us. A word was given ( I Am Here My Children fear nothing and place your trust in Me.) The readings were Psalms 25- ver.22---John 4 ver. 24-26---1 John 2 ver.24-27. The teaching came from Lindy. What a blessing. She shared on Having Faith In God, Mark ch. 11- ver. 2-25. We must measure our faith, and know what to do with our faith. We have a choice. And we must read the bible, trying to learn God's word, opening and hearing what He wants us to hear, by daily getting into His Word. We must trust also His word given to us. Lindy shared so much more. She has a special gift and share it with us, learning the word of God. Thank you for a great teaching. Many needed prayer and how powerful that time was. We are so thankful for this prayer group, a place to come when we are weak, and a place where we become strong in Our Lord. Until next Monday at 7:30 p.m. may the Lord keep each of you in His Loving Care. God Bless. Sal
March 1 Message from Sal
What a loving and powerful evening we had. The Lord is so good to us and we are happy to be gathered in His name. It was great to be back and Praise the Lord and to open our hearts and hands to our Father. A word was given{ My Children, I have told you this in the past, that I will take you on a journey, but the journey you will be on may be difficult but with your faith and trust in Me, you will prevail.} --The readings were--Isaiah Ch.6-ver. 1-8---Psalms 62--ver.1-9 and Psalms 125. The sharing was powerful, with many healings given, and we learned that the Lord wants each of us to listen to His call to read His Word. Next week we will meeting at 7:30 p.m. in the Chapel. Please try and come. Lindy will be doing the teaching and it would be nice to support her. I hope to see you all there, if not have a safe and bless week. God Bless Sal
Jan 11 Message from Sat
Thank You Lord, for getting us out tonight because we all were needed as we gathered in prayer in your Blessed Name. You never know what each week will bring when you come to the prayer meeting. Some evenings are stronger with the Lord then others. Tonight was very strong. The readings came from Psalms 34-and-Psalms 100. The teaching was also from Psalms 42-43, Where Is Your God? When we need Him, Where is God? We found the answer in Psalms (42: 11, 43:5), It says "Put your hope in God", and also from Hebrews 13:5- "I will never leave you nor forsake you". We also learned that we need to go to the altar of God and meet Him face-to-face. There in His presence we will find fullness of joy. Let us try it this week. May God Bless and keep you safe. Sal

Yes, and tonight again we could feel the presence of Our Lord, through the beautiful music of Mary Ann and the words received and Jesus' love shared tonight. Geri shared a story on "God's Love" which touched us, we also had readings from: Psalms Ch. 4---Psalms85--- Hosea Ch. 6-ver. 1-3 and John Ch 1- ver. 1-5. The teaching was on How God Speaks To Us In Our Prayers. We must ask for God's guidance and God will answer. We also must learn how to listen for Him. We must set aside some quiet time for prayer and learn to listen. We ended in laughter and joyful prayer and looking forward to Christmas Day. May you all have a Blessed Christmas. Until next week at our home, at 7:30pm. or back at the Chapel of Jan. 4, 2010. God Bless

Tonight we learned to be strong in our faith and walk with our Lord. Life has many difficult turns in it and with God at our side we can get through any storm. Bill did the teaching tonight with strength and power in his voice. His teaching was called, " The Tree of Shaken Faith." Yes, many times our faith is shaken up but watching many of are sisters and brothers in Christ go through difficult times we can learn many things. Thank you Bill for a great teaching. The readings tonight were: --Psalms 86---Psalms 13--and--Isaiah 43. We sang and shared after the teaching and prayed for healings for many of our sisters and brothers. Next week we will meet at 7:30 p.m. and I ask if you can bring your bibles so we can share on something that may have touched you. Until then, God Bless, Sal

The joy of The Lord was with us tonight. Yes, His presence was felt in the chapel. We had many blessing, first Mary Ann and her gift of music filled the chapel. Then we had Rich #2 lead us in a teaching. We received different words. { My Children behold the wonder of tonight, because tonight you will be fed spiritually}---( Tell Me child what is heavy on your heart and bring it to the foot of My cross)---{ I have called you by name and you are Mine}. The readings were: Psalms 103-ver.1-8---Psalms 65---and Psalms 63. The teaching tonight was given by Rich #2- on Faith when feeling Forsaken. He described good and bad days(normal) even as Christians. He went on to share about the little engine that could, and how with faith we must be like that engine to overcome bad days. You can reflect on Psalm 22 verse 1-ver.8-ver.19-ver.27 to the end. Also John 12-ver.36 and John 14. ver.1. We left tonight with an understanding of how to get through difficult times and trust in the Lord, and ask for prayerss from our prayer family and friends. I would like to thank Rich also for helping me tonight because I was not feeling well. Until next week, try to read these Bible ver. it may help you. God Bless each of You. Sal

Tonight was a true example of what our prayer group is all about - coming together to pray for one's needs and healings. I believe that our Lord works through each of us, especially tonight. Prayer was the center of our meeting tonight and we saw how the Lord works when we come together and pray for ones needs. The Lord is Good and we can turn to Him in any situation, and He will show us the way. What a powerful evening! Next week is the last Monday of the month. Please bring your bibles and plan to share. Until then have a safe and peaceful week. God Bless Sal

Response from Bill on Aug 10th Prayer Meeting
Sal -I thought your son did a wonderful job. He was very 'forceful' very animated very focused and hit his 'message' hard. I know that he had us, all, thinking about what he was trying to drive home.
BUT--it was a very difficult 'message' for us to come to grips with so easily.
Try to focus on God--not focus on all of the trials and tribulations that face us on a daily basis--BUT--- that is exactly what we have to try to do. He is right.
Very tough to do-- but he is right.
You and Jan are surely very proud of him and with good reason..
It seems he would make such a wonderful Teacher.
We have to continue our prayers for him. He is the kind of person we need teaching our kids.

The teaching by Steven was powerful and he gave us a lot to think about tonight and this week. He told us what BIBLE stood for, ( Basic Instruction Before Leaving Earth). Everyone enjoyed his teaching. Thank you son for a great job tonight. Next week we will meet at 7:30 p.m. in the Chapel. Tonight was a night of sharing from the Bible or open sharing. We started with prayer song and praise which is what we do each week. But what I saw tonight was the love of Jesus shining through our Sisters and Brothers eyes - the light of the Lord shine right through. We had a word { My Children when the road is difficult fear not, I will be by your side.}--Many readings. John Ch. 3-ver.31---2 Thessalonians ch.3---Proverbs Ch.2-ver. 1-8---Psalms 1. The sharing from so many touched our hearts, and we left knowing that our Lord was right there beside us. Thank You Lord for a beautiful evening of sharing and prayer. Until next Monday have a safe and bless week, please keep cool. Sal

We need to be part of such a family if we are going to be obedient to God.--We had open pray and beautiful music tonight and left as always with the Lord in our hearts. Next week we will be sharing with our bibles or if something touches you this week youcan share on that, so please bring your bibles with you. Have a safe week and God Bless. Sal

We must pass this message on to others. Until next Monday at 7:30 p.m. May the Lord Bless and Keep each of you safe this week. Sal

We gathered in Father Anderson Library tonight, and wherever we are the Lord is with us. A word was given ( I believe My words will touch you tonight), and for each of us tonight they did. We sang and felt Our Lord surround us. There was a reading from Psalm 23--and--Psalm 71. The teaching was on our devotion to the Lord. Faith is so important to have and tonight Our Lord told each of us that faith is not the belief that God will do what you want. Faith is the belief that God will do what is right. So He asks each of us to do something that reveals our faith. God will respond. He has never rejected a genuine gesture of Faith. NEVER. We ended in prayer and will meet next Monday in the Chapel at 7:30 p.m. Have a great week, and keep the Faith. Sal

We must pay attention to the things that are critical to our happiness, like family, children, health, friends, and our favorite passions, like Jesus Christ. The title of the talk was " The Mayonnaise Jar and Two Beers," you had to be there to understand. We ended in prayer and felt the love of the Lord as we left. Next Monday is a Holiday. We gathered in prayer and praise tonight in the chapel. As we prayed and sang songs, and listened to Mary Ann's beautiful music, we felt the Lord touch each of us. A word was given, { My Children at times you may feel weak, but fear not I will be you strength.} Bill confirmed this word. His son was speaking to him earlier and told him the same thing. That to me is a confirmation of the word. We had a reading from 1 John ch. 1- ver. 5 ---10 and Psalm 34. The teaching tonight was given by Lindy, and what a beautiful and powerful teaching she gave. It was called, "Believe God In Troubled Times". She shared how God protects us in troubled times. We need faith in what God tell us. We must read the bible more. She shared that the bible is a gift and you should open it and start reading it. We ended in prayer. Next Monday in the Chapel we will share on different bible verses and how they may have touched us. Thank you Lindy for tonight. You did a great job on your teaching. Tonight began with quiet prayer and continued with prayer requests. This time became very special because we each could feel the presence of Our Lord touching us and blessing each of us. A special peace came upon us. Thank you Father for making this so special. We prayed for each prayer member by name that could not make it tonight and raised their needs to the Lord. It was great to be back in the Chapel and we also were blessed with Mary Ann's music tonight. The Chapel was filled with music, praise and songs. A word was given, { My Children be aware of My Presence and I will fill you with My Love.}-There were readings from 1John2-ver. 5-10----Mark 14-ver. 28-31. Phyllis read a poem called "God's Hands" I will write it at the bottom. The teaching was on Worry or Trust. When we have a problem we should bring it to Christ just like Mary did at the wedding, from John2-ver.3--"When all the wine was gone, Jesus' Mother said to Him, "They have no more wine". She took the problem to Christ, and that is what we also must do, bring our problems to Christ, and trust in Him. Next week there will not be a prayer meeting because of Easter Monday but we will return to the Chapel on April 20 and we are blessed. Lindy, will be doing the teaching. I hope you all can make it. Until then have a Blessed and Happy Easter. Love in Christ, Sal and Janice.
God's hands are all over the world, And no matter what people say God's hands are visible You see them every day. God's hands are creamy white, His hands are a golden tan, His hands are darkest ebony And rough from sea and sand. His hands can be young or old. His hands reach out in climates warm or in the coldest ice and snow. You've seen his hands so many times For God uses hands of those he loves For things he needs hands to do! If you've reached out to do His will.....Your hands are his hands too!

Tonight we came looking forward to hearing a tape from a Charismatic speaker, is Maria Vadia. Before we spoke we received a word, { My Child take hold of My hand and fear nothing for I am with you.}--Her talk was titled, " So that they may all be one." We must always praise the Lord in all things. We must walk by faith with The Lord and believe. Her love for The Lord is so strong and her praise and worship is so powerful. Listening to her we all can learn a lot. We all shared on how her talk touched us and we ended in quiet prayer. We had fellowship and shared some more. Next Monday we will be at the church, at 7:30 p.m. We will not meet on Easter Monday but will return to the Chapel after that to praise and worship our blessed Lord. If we do not see you, have a Happy and Blessed Easter. Love in Christ. Sal and Janice.

Tonight we found a special peace within each of us and the Lord. We sang and praised Our Lord, even had a little laugh during one of our off sounding songs. We knew the Lord was with us. Wwe rec'd a word from Him it said: "Take this time that I have given you and use it in My Name."------ The readings were; Psalms 28---and Ephesians. Ch. 1 ver. 1-9--The teaching was on how important it is to fellowship with your Sisters and Brothers in Christ and what a perfect place to do it - at the Chapel or someone's home. If we did not have this prayer group maybe our hearts would grow colder and we would not be in the right place with the Lord. We must keep the fire burning in our hearts and when we do the love of Jesus will warm us today and always. We ended in prayer and enjoyed a short time of fellowship. Tonight we will be at Anne's house at 7:30 p.m. for our 5th annual meeting. Next week we will be at Sal and Janice's house for the last time and will return on March 30 to the Church. Hope you all can make it tonight. Have a blessed week. Sal

Faith, Hope, and Love of Jesus will guard each of us and get us through it. We ended in prayer and shared fellowship time for a short while. Until next Monday at Sal and Janice house. God Bless.

Sal's Message
Peace is flowing like a river, and that is how it felt tonight. The love of Jesus and His gentleness was present as we sang, prayed, and praised our most loving God. Anne told how she felt the Lord saying to her, "It's ok, I am with you." after receiving Holy Communion at the funeral of her very dear friend a few days ago. She shared that after thinking about these words she realized they are true in any difficult situation we find ourselves. We had a reading from Psalms ch. 8---&---Psalms ch.34- ver. 1-11. There was sharing by Anna, as we learn that it is okay, our Lord will be there, we can get through anything as long as we have faith and trust. It okay to feel whatever you are feeling at the moment, because God is with us. We ended in prayer, and enjoyed some fellowship over some cake and coffee. We also found out that everything shared tonight was a confirmation. Next Monday will be at Sal and Janice house. We will share with our bibles and also share how the Lord has touched us this week. Until then God Bless and keep each of you in His Hands. Sal

Sal's Message
Tonight we gathered at Sal and Janice's house. As we began to pray we quietly felt the presence of Jesus come into the room. A word was given{ Place no doubt in your mind for I will never fail you.}---also---- {Take My hand and walk with Me, you are my beloved Child}.--We had a reading from Psalms Ch. 8---Psalms Ch. 34-ver.-1-11 and Ephesians Ch. 4-ver. 14-20. The teaching was on "The God who Sends the Music," It was about the Holy Spirit in our life, and that when you are filled with the Holy Spirit you will hear the Music. There was good sharing after the teaching and when we finished we fellowshiped over coffee and cake and enjoyed each others company. Until next Monday at Sal and Janice's house have a blessed week. God Bless, Sal

Sal's Message
Tonight we allowed ourselves to be mellow in the Lord, to feel His love, to share His words, and sing His songs. We quietly sang and began to hear our Lord speak to our hearts. A word was given, { Be prepared for the journey I am about to take you on.} The readings tonight were: Psalms 21--Isaiah ch.41 - ver. 28- 31---Psalms 145---and Psalms. 9. Tonight we shared different bible verses that may have touched us this past week, and there was a lot of sharing in this area. We ended in quiet prayer and joyfully left the chapel. Until next week, may the joy of the Lord be with each of you. God Bless Sal

Sal's Message
When we make the time to attend our prayer meeting we always come out feeling filled with the Holy Spirit. With the cold weather and staying warm in our home we sometimes get lazy, but tonight I am happy I attended. The fellowship and love in the Chapel warmed our hearts. The songs filled the chapel and the readings and teaching did warm us up. We may have had our coats on but Jesus filled us with His love. The readings were: 1 Corinthian ch. 1- ver. 4-9---Psalms 34 ver. 1-11---Psalms 28--, the teaching was given by Anne tonight. Anne's love for the Lord shone right through her. It was her anniversary of walking with the lord for 24 years. Anne found His love that day when she was born again. She brought in a picture of Smiling Jesus. You can see Him saying "Come Follow Me", and she has. The joy of the Lord is still with her. Two words were given tonight { Remain silent My children while I anoint each of you.} also { I turn to each of you My children and say "Come Follow Me". I will lead you on the right Path}. What a beautiful evening. Thank You Lord. Next week please bring your bibles and special verses and we will share how the Lord is working in our lives. God Bless, Sal

Sal's Message
We Love you dear Lord, and we praise and worship you always. Tonight we sang, praised and opened our hearts to the Lord, and listened to His message. It came in different ways for each of us. What I heard first was a word which was given. It said,{ Take the love I have for each of you, and pass it on to others.} There was a reading from Psalm 96--and Proverb Ch. 3. ver. 13-35. The teaching was on a story about witnessing and receiving Christ in your life. You know we wait for the Lord to answer our prayers, and we wait and wait, but He will not fail us, it will be answered in His time, not ours. We must have faith and believe that our faith will hold us strong, until we are healed or our request is answered. Until next monday keep Christ in your life and have a safe and warm week. God BLess, Sal

Bill's Reflections
See you cant lose going to the Prayer Group-- some gas --some time-- maybe-the fifty dollar entrance fee-just kidding-- but you cant really LOSE. Even if you don't believe in God you get something from the Prayer Group.
Well, I had a conversation with my bum legs and said' Look guys I haven't been there in months -MONTHS !!!!.-- I have to go. I know you guys don't want to go and I know these pills I am taking make me 'woozy' and out of sorts but I am asking you -please- lets give it a 'GO'. PLEASE'They thought about it and after much deliberation they said 'All right. We make no promises and remember to bring in the cushion that takes pressure off the nerves in your foot and we will go." "Deal" I said.
I rushed into the meeting-late-but I got there- took my seat. Looked around the room and there they all were. Some of the nicest folks on the planet. Give you the shoes off their foots. Hearts two sizes too big. Well, they treated me like a movie star back from a vacation or like a returning hero. There was Sal and dear wife Jan. I had missed their nagging of each other and Sal always being worried that he would say something wrong and she would start heckling him when he gave a 'teaching'. There was Anne-steadfast and true putting her heart and soul in front of God-there was Phyllis--kind hearted? gentle soul? Right up at the head of the class-throw adversity at her and she manages to stuggle through each and every time with never a complaint. There was Debbie- well all the stuff I said about the other folks applies to her except for the heckling. She and Bruce raising their beautiful family with all of the struggles that go along with doing that and against many obstacles --still smiling--Eleanore-day by day week by week struggling through life sharing the struggles of her boys and those close to her and yet being grateful during all of that-- Sophie-hadn't seen her in such a long time-but she was bringing her soul and her struggles to the group and asking that we join with her to find some answers to life's struggles-
Anna, well we hadn't seen each other in so long AS WELL-- BUT SHE BROUGHT 'GIFTS ' FOR PEOPLE-GIFTS THAT MIGHT MAKE THEIR DAYS AND THEIR STRUGGLE S EASIER TO BEAR-GERRI- SO QUIET- SO COMMITTED TO FACING DOWN--THERE IS THAT WORD AGAIN -'STRUGGLES'-WELL WE ALL HAVE THEM. GUESS WE WOULDN'T BE HUMAN IF WE DIDN'T HAVE THEM. MAYBE ON OTHER PLANETS THEY DONT HAVE 'STRUGGLES' BUT WE SURE GOT THEM HERE. THAT IS ONE OF THE MAIN REASONS THIS GROUP GATHERS EACH Monday-TO SHARE THEIR STUGGLES-TO ASK God AND THIS GROUP TO HELP THEM THROUGH THEM-TO FACE THEM AND COME OUT THE OTHER SIDE. WE ALWAYS DO SEEM TO MANAGE THAT--NOT EVERY TIME. WE ARE AS I SAID 'HUMAN' AND WE CANNOT LIVE FOREVER. It IS HOW WE LIVE AND FACE AND ENDURE AND COME OUT THE OTHER SIDE.
There was Lindy-quitely enduring-most always asking for help for others-she comes last to the table. And lastly --but not I-- am sure -someone is sitting next to her but forgive me please I just don't remember but I assure the same mold I am sure.
I have said often-I would trust my heart and soul to these folks.
Some of our group are off fighting through their struggles on their own 'taking a break' as they say. It has become a bit much to come to the group. It gets overwhelming at times. What IS the meaning of life'? Why has this befallen me? I have dome all that has been asked and look at this terrible situation that has overcome me my family? I don't get it. I need to step back. Hey who among us could blame you?. You pray your heart and soul out and sometimes it gets worse NOT better.
Well, I know I over simplify things by saying 'It is a job. A job we must do to to make way for the betterment of our souls'
I know easy to say but if I didn't firmly believe that I would--I would-? Well, I wouldn't be sitting here and I wouldn't be going to any Prayer Groups. Anyway I felt that I had to pray for a young girl at the Rehab Center where I go for body improvements. She was having terrible stomach pains --back pains-- and she had 'Colitis' a few years ago. She needed to see Doctors. I listened to her story and told her I believed firmly that she did NOT have Cancer. All of the symptoms seemed to say that was not her problems but she did a wise thing to seek a Doctors help. That would be a major problem for her because she was on Medicaid and it would be tough to find a good Doctor who would take her Insurance but she needed help. We all agreed that ANY Doctor was better than none and she did have to find out what was causing her all of this discomfort and Pain. I told she had to find a Gastrointesologist-? Told her all of these tests were absolutely painless and she would be OK. There was something wrong but I did not think it was major. I do not have a Degree in the Medical Establishment but I have a large degree of undergoing a test here or there. She had to try to find a Doctor to take her Case.
We prayed for many many more people and Causes and then Sal gave a wonderful inspiring talk and said something like what added up to" Tell your big 'struggles' how big your God is." That wasn't his exact words but I changed them to fit my 'theme'
At the end I had to chance to say some personal hellos' and I always feel like a few million dollars as to how this wonderful group treats me. Anna gave me a humongus-HUMONGUS --hug at the end. I had sent her an E-mail telling her how much of an inspiration her Husband Rich and she were to me when my legs were at their worst. No matter how much they hurt I thought of Rich and how his 'Struggles' made mine look like strawberry shortcake. It seemed to me that he hardly ever complained that much. I am sure he must have and I am sure Anna had to endure during all of that but while I visited the few times I did-he seemed to handle it all so very well. He lost both legs. How could I make a fuss over pains in both of mine?. She thanked me so very much for that e-mail -I thanked her so much for the inspiration. We spent about five minutes thanking each other. She did say something of great importance and I have heard this before-- 'She said 'BY you doing that you help keep Rich alive".!!
We tend not to talk about someone who has passed on'. This is a mistake. Their loved ones want to keep the memory 'Alive'. They do not want the memory to be forgotten like the person never lived. I am sure that is hard for all of us but we should try to honor the memory of the person and talk about them with the ones left behind. I know tough task-Tough.
Oh yes I saw that girl Michelle today. I told her we had prayed and asked her how she was doing. Did she find a Doctor.? She said a most amazing thing happened. She gone to the Hospital to visit her Mom. Her Mom worked there. By chance they both bumped into one of the Gastro. Doctors who worked there and who her Mom knew well. They told her her story. The Doctor said she would do the exams for free.
PS
I forgot to bring in the cushion. My legs were not happy about that , at all, but did not curse or yell at me

Sal's Message
The Chapel was filled with the joy of the Lord tonight. The Praise and Worship, and songs we sang brought us together in a very special way. Jesus was present in the Chapel and in each of us tonight. "Praise The Lord," the readings were: Psalm 121-- Matthew Ch. 18, ver. 10-13--and Jeremiah Ch. 30. A word was given [ I Have taken you on a journey. Be prepared, look back on the last few weeks, see where I have taken you.] The teaching was a story of "That's God," It talks about the good things we do for others and that when things happen around us it is not a coincidence. There is no such things as coincidence. It's God. That's right. {That's God working though you or for us.} We ended with the joy of the Lord with us, and we were reminded "Don't tell GOD how Big your storm is, Tell the storm how Big your GOD is!" Until next Monday at 7:30 p.m may the Lord bless and keep each of you safe this week. Love in Christ, Sal

Sal's Message
Matthew, Ch.6-ver. 33- says, "Seek first the Kingdom of God." Well that is what we have been doing at our prayer meeting, seeking His kingdom and His Love. Yes, we found it again as we gathered in His Name. The Love of Jesus was with us and each week it is getting stronger and stronger as we gather in His Name. The reading tonight was from John ch. 6- ver 37- 40. The teaching was on How well we know the Lord, and how we live our life. Manny and Evelyn shared their trip and where Jesus had walked and many other things. We thank them for their sharing and theie gifts to
us. We have two more weeks, starting at 7:00p.m. until 8:15p.m. Have a safe week, and remember to pray before you vote tomorrow. God Bless
