The Lord works in strange ways. As I was sitting here ready to write about tonight's prayer meeting I opened my folder where I keep my teaching and found a ppiece of paper in it. I remembered this paper fell out of the song book I had used tonight and had not picked up, but someone did after the prayer meeting and put it in my folder. This is what it said. "My Dear and Precious Children, Please remain open and listen carefully to what will be shared tonight. Listen not only with your ears, but listen with your mind and your heart----for what will be shared is for each of you. So my faithful children remain alert and strong and always remember, I AM WITH YOU." We shared tonight on Advent of Grace, remember Grace is a five-letter word that can also be spelled J-E-S-U-S. Offer your heart each day as the new manger where the Word can become flesh. God Bless -----Reminder next Monday Dec. 18, the prayer meeting will be at our home. This will be a Christmas prayer meeting social. Please bring your loved one. We will be having a short prayer meeting, sing Christmas songs and share over coffee and some food. Hope you all can make it. The next meeting will be on Jan. 8, 2007 at 7:30 p.m. in the chapel. You can also bring your Christmas cards, if you like. God Bless.

Sal's Message
What a wonderful night we had with the Lord. His presence became very powerful as the evening continued. Even the presence of our Blessed Mother was shared. The readings were: 1John Ch.3 ver. 1-3----Psalms 41-----Luke 6 ver 27-36. It was shared that the Lord is well pleased with each of us. The teaching was on What Can Keep Us Apart. We learned that nothing can keep us apart from God, only our own free will. Prayer time was very strong tonight, and we believe healing began also. Janice and I will not be at the meeting next week so Anne will lead the prayer group. Please try to attend and share in God's glory. We will keep you all in our prayers next week. Take care and God Bless. Love in Christ, Sal and Janice

Sal's Message
The night was chilly, but the chapel was for awhile warn with the love of Jesus, that each of us felt tonight. The reading are: Luke 14,----2Corinthians--Ch.5. A word was given, "Why do I walk among you? Why do Iplace My hands on each of you? Why? because I love you all." The teaching made us aware that we must each look at what is happening in our life as an pportunity to bring God's presence forth and that we must renew our commitment and place our eyes on Christ. May you all have a blessed Thanksgiving. Until we meet on Monday Nov.27. God Bless, Sal

We may have been small in numbers, but the presence of the lord was strong. We spent the evening in deep prayer, anointed first and quietly praying and letting our Lord touch us and warm our hearts. We felt safe in His arms tonight, and tomorrow He will use each of us to do His will. We will meet next Monday to praise and worship our Lord. God Bless, Sal
Sal's Message
My child, I have found a way to your heart, now I ask you to follow my call." This was a word given tonight at our pray meeting, and I believe it led us to the teaching given later. But first we sang with the beautiful music of Mary Ann and felt the peaceful presence of Our Lord surrounding us. Some other readings were: Psalm 25-- Psalm 27---and James Ch. 1-Ver. 2--11. The teaching was on Psalm 23. Please take the time to read it. We studied the 23rd. Psalm and found out what David was actually saying to us. This week we must keep our focus on Christ, and continue to say as often as we can, " Jesus, I trust in you." We will meet next Monday to Praise The Lord and gather in His Name. God Bless, Sal

Sal's Message
Tonight we did not have a pray meeting as all of you know. There was a mass for Joe Bulla Pastoral Assistant at St. Benedict from 1993-2005. The service was beautiful as well as the music, the message was just as beautiful. We were told to go out and be church to all people, just as Joe was. So this week let each of us be church to someone. Until next Monday we will meet at 7:30 p.m. in the Chapel to praise and worship our Lord. Please keep Anne and her husband in your prayers as they will be traveling to Rome next week. God Bless, Sal

Sal's Message
Tonight the Chapel was a little chilly, but as we sang and praised theLord, not only did our hearts warm up but also our bodies. The Joy ofThe Lord was present all evening and I believe each of us felt His presence. The readings are: Ephesians Ch.1-Ver.3-6---Ephesians Ch.6-Ver. 1-11----Psalms-11---15----18--and 1 John Ch.3--Ver. 1-3. The teaching was about The Christ In Us. Galatians 2: 17-21, shares about the Christ that lives in me. When we surrender to the will of God, then the answer will be "yes" Christ is in me. Our walk with Christ is not always easy, but with our Lord with us, He will guide us through it. Next week we will not have a pray meeting, but we will attend the Memorial Mass for Joe Bulla in our church at 7:30p.m. We voted at tonight's meeting and everyone agreed to this. Many would not have been able to make the prayer meeting on Oct. 30. We will be back in the Chapel on Nov.6. Until then, God Bless, Sal
Tuesday, October 17, 2006
A word from the Lord was given tonight, "Are you ready My Children for tonight I will take you on a Spiritual Journey," And He did. We arrived at the Chapel, most of us filled already with the joy of the Lord, and it continued from there. We praised, sang, and worshiped the Lord joy filled. The readings were:--1 Peter 1 Ver.3--9,----Ephesians Ch.1-Ver.15--23. The teaching was on the time we accepted Christ in our life, and a reminder of our Yes to the Lord. We were reminded that when we walk with the light of Christ in us, our life will and has changed. This weeks reflecton our"YES". We will meet next Monday in the Chapel. Let us all come with a clean heart, filled with the Holy Spirit. God Bless, Sal

Sal's Message
"If only I had angels' wings, I'd ride the rainbow's bend, And there, beyond the universe, I'd meet the Lord, my Friend". Well tonight we met Our Lord, through the Holy Spirit. The music brought the sound of Angels in our chapel and the presence of the Holy Spirit was so touching. The readings were:Isaiah51:Ver.12----Ephesians Ch:1-Ver.15---Romans Ch.8-Ver.14-17. A word was given--"Do not fear the future, but keep your focus on Me." The teaching was on how well do you think you understand the Holy Spirit? We all shared after and our meeting ended in a peaceful, quiet, joy. Until next week, may the Lord and the Holy Spirit be with you all. God Bless. Sal

Teaching on Growing - Monday Night 10/2/06
GROWING
I can remember when I purchased this CD and started listening to the individual tracks. They all seemed to have touched my heart because all of them were relating to “today”, not the day of the week, but the “now” times of the present day. As I came upon this track entitled “Growing” for some reason I kept coming back to it playing it over and over again – did God have a word in it for me? Maybe so.
Can you remember back to the time, maybe even the month, day and year, and possibly the event that led you to HIM .... the time when He knocked at the door to your heart....maybe you left your heart open just a tiny bit, maybe just even a tiny crack, just like the door in your home to let in a quiet gentle breeze. He tapped ever so lightly and you heard Him and you let Him into your heart, your soul, your life in a way that you never had before. Can you remember how happy, how on-fire you were, you were so different, you had such joy in your heart, you were on top of the mountain, on top of the world...you never thought you could ever feel this way about the closeness of you and Jesus!!! It seemed also like such a long time that you were honeymooning with the Lord!!!! You were on an all-time Christian “high”.
Then somewhere, sometime, something changed....the Lord was ready to begin the “work in progress” in you. Maybe there were some areas in your life that weren’t quite the way He had wanted them to be. And so He started to show you, bit by bit, tiny pieces at a time, breaking you and refitting you to the image He saw in you. How many times did you pull the other way...because it was too much work to change, maybe too much pain to go through for Him...but He saw the ultimate goal....He saw the end result, even if you didn’t...like a beautiful tapestry, a work of art created after many painstaking hours of sacrifice.
How many of these old ways did He have to help you work on, to rebuild a brand new you...with a different and new loving heart, a brighter set of new eyes to see all His people and the world He created.
Growing – I am sure that sometimes we don’t like it – because that means we have to do the changing in something about ourselves. It’s always that we are the ones called to do the changing and not someone else. Sometimes we crawl at this and set our pace like a snail and we take on the “old” push and pull syndrome with God. But the Lord just sits patiently, always there but in “wait mode” until we get what He wants us to learn. Times like this we may feel that He has left us, abandoned us because we don’t hear Him or feel His presence. He is quiet, because we struggle with the area He wants to change in us, of course for the better in us.
I know there have been times in my life when growing was too painful....it was just easier to stay the way I was – comfortable, not pushing my boundaries – I was happy the way I was, BUT GOD WAS NOT!!!!
Being a Christian is hard work – it is a journey that may take a lifetime to learn and accomplish and sometimes the process is a short one and sometimes a long one. God never said it would be easy – but like I said, He sees the ultimate best in each of us and asks us to come to Him in wholeness. Sometimes we have to come to Him in broken-ness so that He can start the process of refining us like gold. If we can just try to do that, our reward will be great!!
This prayer group is an example of growing. We may have been comfortable and complacent with the ways things might have been. But I believe God has something better for us .... but this will involve change – so we come to Him in our broken-ness, ready to be strengthened with new ideas, new gifts and a stronger faith to what He is calling us to.
Can we accept His call? I hope so.

Sal's Message
What a beautiful evening! The presence of the Holy Spirit was so powerful and the prayers for the gifts of the Holy Spirit were so strong that it encircled us in such a wonderful way. We sang and praised the Lord, and His words gave us strength. The readings were: John Ch.14-Ver.1-14---Isaiah Ch.42 Ver. 1-7----Psalms 34------Jeremiah Ch.29Ver.11-14. Mary Ann did a great teaching on Growing, which allowed us to think of our growth in the Lord and where He has taken us, since we first walked with Him. The sharing was strong and the prayers that followed just filled the Chapel with the presence of the Holy Spirit. We left filled with His love ready to do God's work with others. Thank You Lord for a powerful evening. We will meet next Monday at 7:30p.m. and I will do the teaching. Hope you all can make it. God Bless and keep each of you safe. Sal

Sal's Message
"Take hold of my hand my child for tonight I will guard you and lead you". Well, that is what our Lord did tonight. We came together hearts filled with the love of our Lord and throughout the evening whether it was singing, praising or sharing He showed His love for us. The readings were Philippians Ch.4-Ver.4--9----James Ch. 3. Another word from our Lord was that "He will never leave you or forsake you." The teaching was a story about approval and choices. Have you ever felt as if you had to please people? What is the best way of reminding ourselves we don't have to please people? That's where we left off, time to think and pray. We ended in prayer. Looking forward to next Monday evening. Mary Ann will be doing the teaching, so please try to support her. Until Monday have a blessed and safe week. Our prayers are with you all. God bless, Sal

Sal's Message
When two or more are gathered in His name, well tonight we were four, and it was a beautiful quiet but loving time. As we open and pray and sang we began to feel the peace and presence of our Lord in the chapel, and when we started our pray request, the peace of the Lord seem to surround us. Itt was a very deep and strong time with our Lord as we each offered up our prayers. The readings were: Roman 8-Ver 14-17----Ephesians 1 Ver. 15-23. The teaching was on peace just as the evening was. Funny how our Lord works or is it? We shared on the prayer of St. Francis, and how we can get an insight into developing that peace in ourselves and be instruments of peace to others. We ended in quiet prayer and left feeling the quiet presence of Our Lord. We will meet next Monday at 7:30p.m. and also this Wed. at St. Ann's church. There is a healing mass at 7:30p.m. Sept.20, with Father Jeff Kegley. We are all going to try and attend if possible, if not we will keep all of you in our prayers. God Bless Sal

Sal's Message
Tonight our voices may have been a little off key, but the words of each song was very strong, as we continued to sing and praise the Lord we began to focus and feel the presents of our Lord. Some of the reading were: Lamentations Ch. 3 Ver.22-27----Colossians Ch.2 Ver. 4-8----Psalms21---Matthew Ch. 5-Ver.1-12. The teaching tonight told a story and at the end the moral was that we will not be remembered by our words, but by our kind deeds, also life is not measured by the breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath. So this week we will try to go out and do God's ordinary miracles, the simple loving ones, the ones that will plant the seed of God's Love. So until next Monday, have a blessed and safe week. God Bless, Sal

Today is a day to remember.. I watched a little of the memorial service on TV...the persons at the podium reciting the names of the deceased, some brothers, some fathers, some mothers, some children, aunts, uncles, friends, wives, husbands...the list goes on. I could not help but to have those names again tug at my heart just like last year and the years before that. The tears welled up inside of me. I knew one man who died...he went to school in the Bronx in grammar school in my class thru the 8th grade. I remember he was my partner in a St. Patrick's Day Play at my school in 8th grade. We danced the Irish Polka together. So sad to know that he was in the thousands that perished that day. I know of a son of my orthodontist who also perished that day too...he worked on one of the top floors. And I know of a sweet lady from our prayer group who made it out that day all for the sake a cigarette smoke break before a meeting. I still remember waiting to hear if she made it out ok. O.K....well maybe just in speaking... I am sure the events of that day still linger in her mind and will be a part of her forever.
How sad for all of those thousands of people to die through no fault of their own. So many helped others to safety..others tried so hard but their efforts could not get them to safety and so many of them perished also.
Today...a day we will always remember...God help us to remember and not forget ever...but remind us to always pray for those who were left behind to carry on their families. Help us to ask for your grace to be with them always, that you will uphold them in your palms and open your arms wide to them because you know above all, how they are suffering now.
The ones who have died are with you...a roadway was created to Heaven that day, and you have welcomed them. We love them even if we don't know them, because you love them.
God we pray for peace that this never happens again!!!!

8/25/06 Monday Night Teaching -- Waiting
The word to wait in the dictionary means to stay put in anticipation of or expecting of something.
WAIT – it’s a short little word that can produce a great outcome…..or a time of anxiousness and impatience.
Waiting is the passage of TIME!!!
We wait for a late bus or train.
We wait at a red light in a car for it to turn green.
We wait in a long line at a supermarket.
We wait to get into a Broadway show or big hit movie.
We wait in a doctor’s office reception room, only to wait again in his or her examining room for the results of that test.
We wait for our family to be on time to go out to dinner.
We wait for time to stop….we wait for time to start.
We wait for our prayers to be answered, when we want them to be.
The Lord tells us to wait…BUT, to wait on HIM….to stay put in prayer for the outcome of a great victory… OURS OR HIS!!! His victory is our victory!!!
We think our waiting is the “perfect” time.
God says, “No, not yet…or He says, “No, final, but lovingly” and we don’t understand.
We wait for God’s timing to be perfect…it always is…how come we don’t get it!!! How come we try to push our waiting to a minimal nil!!! We have a thousand excuses for not waiting.
Waiting….there are many verses in the Bible ask us to wait of which some are:
Ps. 40:1 .. I waited for the Lord on high, I waited and he heard my cry.
Ps. 37:7 .. Stay quiet before Yahweh and wait longingly for Him.
Is. 40:31 .. They that wait upon the Lord will renew their strength…and then there is
Good things come to those that wait (This is an old proverb, but many times heard over and over)
Our human self tells us, it is hard to wait, don’t wait, don’t give ample time----just forge ahead---when we do that we get into trouble.
Our spiritual self understands the concept of waiting---because we have heard it before, over and over again, in spiritual talks, in prayers, in bible stories, in our communications with others, in His prophecy spoken by ministers of word gifts.
Waiting is a BIG word….God honors us and blesses us when we wait….on Him, for Him, in Him… Yes, wait in Him, for He gives us the strength to wait---for things to come, even if we don’t understand the why, not now!!!
So if we get caught up in the W A I T !!!, Waiting Anxiously In Time….Ask and seek the Lord with all your heart and ask Him to turn your wait into a peaceful time until He reveals His plan for you.

The teaching was on Worry or Trust, we hear that we must place our trust in Him, that God is fond of us, He likes having you around. We must listen to Him and do what He tell us to do. Place our trust in Him this week know matter what. We ended in quiet pray and felt peaceful as we left to do God will. We will meet again next Monday, stay safe and may the Lord Keep you safe this week, God Bless. Sal

Again the lights did not work in the chapel, but that did not stop us, we headed to the music room and began to worship there. Obstacle's are not part of our plan tonight. Maryann play and we sang and praise and aloud the Lord to touch our hearts again tonight. A word was given" I am here, you have call of Me, now rest in my arms". Some readings were: Isaiah 40 Ver:28--31----I Corinthians Ver:4--9----Isaiah 30----Isaiah 41-Ver:9-10----.The teaching was on Trusting God for the Impossible. We heard that "There is no pit so deep, that God's love is not deeper still." Mary's yes to Christ, and our yes will help us through the impossible things. Just know that the Lord who does the impossible will do great things for you----because he loves you. The pray time tonight was so very powerful and also our sharing, we ended with the love of Christ in our heart, and headed home to share this with our family and friends this week. Until next Monday evening Love is Christ, and God Bless. Sal

A Word from Sal
With the heat outside and the ten of us in the chapel praising the Lord, He allow us to have the Air Condition on, but the lights where not working so we had to shorten the pray meeting tonight. That did not stop us from feeling the present of our Lord, we welcome Him in, in song, and He gave us two readings, Psalms 95---and John 15-Ver1-to 17, Sal"s teaching was on How do you see Him? How do you see Jesus, would you recognize Him, if He came to your church or neighborhood today. When we let God define himself, a whole new world opens before us. So this week look around you just may see Jesus standing next to you. Until next week, also let us keep Debbie and Bruce in your prays, Debbie lost her father today. God Bless and keep cool, Sal

Shawl Ministry Prayer
Phyllis is a member of the Prayer Shawl Ministry. This is her prayer.
Dear Lord,
Bless my hands as I sit and Crochet, Knit, or Sew this Shawl. My every stitch is my prayer to you God for the person who receives this shawl.
May she/he feel a sense of warmth, peace and love as they wear it. Whatever the reason may they know you are with them and will help to keep them strong. May all their sorrows and pain be swept away and only joy prevail.
May they know God is with them to celebrate their joys and ease their sorrows and pain.
Thank you for this gift you have given me. Thank you for showing me a way to use this gift for others. Amen

WHEN JESUS COMES by Phyllis June 26, 2006
If you were with us at the prayer meeting last week, you will remember us talking about having a guest speaker sometime. During the night I mentioned "when Jesus calls" was going through my head. I put my foot in my mouth and said any of us can be a guest speaker. Where as Sal asked if I would like to do the teaching next week. I thought about it for about 30 seconds and said "yes. "
I went home. On Tuesday I picked up the Bible and figured this will be easy. Nothing came to me. Wednesday, read a little more. Thursday, the same routine. Friday my mind was still a blank. In the evening I was sitting on the front porch. Sal called. "Can you do the teaching? If not, I can do it. Would you like to wait another week? " he asked. I said "No, I'll do it."
Thinking, "I have it!" I went to my book, Stories for the Heart. I found the article "My Heart, Christ's Home." Aha, I'll just read this. This should satisfy. So I read the story. NO. This is not what Jesus wanted. The concept was right but it wasn't my heart. Jesus wanted to come into my heart, as he does to each one of us.
Sal called again Saturday. Are you sure you want to do this. We're having guests so you'll have to speak loud. "Sal, I'll do it." So here goes - some thoughts taken from the text.
When Jesus comes to call, will I know Him? recognize Him? Invite Him in?
KNOCK KNOCK
I open the door - It's Jesus. I let him in, feeling uncomfortable not knowing if I am worthy to have Him as a guest. We enter the library. My library is a bookshelf on the back of my bed, since I don't read many books. There's the morning paper. I have to read the news, the obituary, the funnies and do all my crossword puzzles. Where's my Bible? Did I pick it up today? Did I remember to say my prayers? Maybe yes, maybe no - more often times no.
Boy, am I embarrassed. Put away the newspaper and greet God first. I'll be glad when I do. He will help me get a better start to the day.
From the Library we go to the kitchen - the room of aromas and something on the stove. My impatience and the coffee are both boiling over today. My favorite dishes are my family - husband Dom, sons Dominick and Vincent, daughters Marie and Michele and of course the grandchildren. Atlantic City is a favotie side dish. He sits with me a while and tells me first to please God and the food will satisfy you. There He gave me a taste of doing Dod's will. It alone satisfied.
Next the living room. It's my home - a couch, 2 chairs, 3 cats, tv. Really the living room. Well I am thrilled to have God here. Shut off the tv - open up the Bible and spend some time with God. After all, He is my guest. I cannot make Him feel unwanted. I must make more time for Him!
The craft room! Right now I am working on a pair of booties for my grandchild. Is this what you do for people He asked? "Sure" I said. "Alright, give Me your hands, I know you are unskilled, but through the Holy Spirit I will control your hands and heart." He will work through you. The more I relax and trust in the Lord, the more He can do in my life.
Next, I'm in the car on the way to Atlantic City. I run from machine to machine, putting the change - dollars in. I hit! I can play some more! "Oh Dom, Do you have any more money?" Lord, you certainly didn't want to come with me here. I left Jesus at home and found greed. Lord I know I can't have a good time without you - so please come with me wherever I go.
Next, the closet. Boy, what things are in there. Do I let Him see? We open the door together. He tells me, "Throw out the impatience, smugness, greed, envy, pity of my heart and I will show you how to clean up your thoughts and deeds. I will give you courage, strength, patience, understanding and love. I will satisfy all your needs and wants.
Next - my sanctuary - my backyard and front porch. It is a beautiful place, with birds singing, flowers blooming, green trees, and a garden with fruits and vegetables. God has given me these so I may fully enjoy what he has to offer. We sit and He shows me all the wondrous things He has made for me and given to me in this life. He shows me how my parents influenced me - how I was worthy of a great husband and a beautiful family, plus many, many friends.
These Lord are my riches in life. Jesus is the center. We are all part of his garden and he tends to each one of us in our own public and private lives. He knows who I am, whom I'm with, where I am and every thought and desire. He loves me!
He is not my guest but my Host. Hehas the key to my heart. The Life of the Spirit lives in me!
Go from room to room in your heart and you will find Jesus too!

Sal's Message
Quietly and gently the Lord came to us tonight, His word was to take His hand and He would lead us down the road to healing. Thought the teaching he show us away to pray when our anxiety, worries, fears, health situation, or other things in our life built fear in us. He said to call on Him, Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, just keep saying His name, and the Name has power in it. It will bring you peace so try it when you are afraid, keep saying it, remember-----there is something about that name. Some readings tonight where Luke Ch.6-Ver.20--23, --- Psalms 58 ---and 1 Peter 1 Ver. 3--9. With Jesus's love in our hearts we close with pray, asking the Lord to continue to show us the way. Until next Monday may the Lord be with you, just keep calling His name, Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, God Bless. Sal

Sal's Message
We came together tonight and ask the Lord to touch our hearts, and what a beautiful evening He gave us. We sang and praise and worship the Lord and filled the chapel with song. Some of the reading where: Psalms: 33----25----and 28, 1 Peter ch.5-ver.7----Acts 2----1Corinthians 2. The teaching was on Leading, being a Christian just by your actions and not your words, sometimes they are louder. People are watching the way we act more than they are Listening to what we say.So are lesson ended this way: To call yourself a child of God is one thing. To be called a child of God by those who watch your life is another thing altogether. Have a bless week, and may God be your strenght Sal

Sal's Reflections
With an open heart and mind, we came together tonight to praise, sing, and worship our Lord. He again was present to us through His readings, sharing, and teaching. There was a reading from John 14- Ver.15-21, and Matthew 26-Ver.26, The Lord reminded us that waiting for prays to be answer, may seen forever, but he does answer in His time. He never fails us and He will always be there. The Lord will come through, He will delivered Himself, He comes to us at His right time, he will delivered our request, He always does. Just have the faith to believe and remain strong. Until next Monday, may God bless each of My Sisters and Brothers, in Christ.

Gennesaret
Gennesaret is a retreat for people with a serious illness. May 19 thru 21st my husband and I will be working as team members. We have done this in the past and have found it to always be a very rewarding weekend for everyone involved. I'm asking that you pray for the Lord to bless this retreat abundantly. Pray that the Lord will open ears and hearts to hear His voice and pray that each retreatant will know the Lord's healing touch. During the weekend, letters of prayer support are given to the retreatants. If you would like to write a letter or several to be given that weekend it would be great. Sometimes school children pray for the retreatants and they write letters and draw pictures. All the letters are treasured. We suggest you address the letter Dear Friend. You can give me the letters at the prayer meeting.
A Prayer Request
Since today is First Communion Day at our Parish and others (and if not at yours, it will be soon, if it hasn't been recently) I'd like to offer up a prayer for the children receiving communion for the first time: that they be able to understand and thrill at the reality of Christ's presence in the Eucharist; that they (if they can't fully grasp transubstantiation) can be in awe of what they are experiencing today; and for that matter - that all of us, who are well past our first communion, remember, each time we receive, the wonderous gift Jesus gave us in the Eucharist.
A Little Introduction
Since I don't go to the prayer meetings, I thought I'd introduce myself to all of you. I'm Christine, Anne's daughter. I would attend the prayer meetings if it were at all practical, but unfortunately, it is not. I'm helping Anne K and Bill M set up this blog. So if any of you have any questions or problems, feel free to send them my way. I don't promise to have answers, but I'll do my best.
